AK Bindusar, the founder of the Indian Media Foundation, has demanded from the Chief Minister an investigation into the sources of income and assets of police and administrative officers from police station in-charges to senior officers.
The Indian Media Foundation has demanded from the central and state governments the strict implementation of the Journalist and Social Security Act.
He said that on receiving complaints of harassment, journalists and social workers should file cases against administrative officers and police personnel through the courts, as the law does not allow anyone to be harassed.”
