181 BN CRPF Organizes Civil Action Programme 2026 at Hardupanzoo, Budgam: Basic Computer, Plumbing & Electrician Courses Launched,

Under its Civic Action Programme 2026, 181 Battalion CRPF today organized skill development courses at Radar Station, Charar-e-Sharief, Hardupanzoo, District Budgam, Jammu & Kashmir UT.
The initiative aims to empower local youth with employment-oriented skills and strengthen police-public relations in the region. Three key courses were inaugurated during the programme:
1. *Basic Computer Course*
2. *Plumber General Course*
3. *Assistant Electrician Course*
Senior officers of 181 BN CRPF interacted with the enrolled trainees and highlighted the importance of skill-based training for self-reliance. They said the Civic Action Programme is a bridge between security forces and civilians, focused on welfare, education, and youth development.
Local youth from Hardupanzoo and adjoining areas participated with enthusiasm. The courses will provide free training, study material, and certificates to successful candidates to help them secure livelihood opportunities.
BMF News Network National Vice President, Jammu Kashmir UT, Bilal Ahmad Shaikh was present during the event. He appreciated the efforts of 181 BN CRPF for launching job-oriented courses in the remote area of Budgam. He said such initiatives will channel the energy of youth in a positive direction and boost confidence among locals.
Commandant 181 BN said that CRPF is committed to the service of the nation not only through security duties but also through social outreach. More such programmes will be organized in the coming months under CAP 2026.
The local population and trainees expressed gratitude to 181 BN CRPF for this welfare step and demanded that more such skill development drives be conducted regularly.
